At Mech Donald's, you can work up to two shifts per day. Each shift consumes Energy equivalent to 1/3rd of your MaxE and gives you Credits. You can also buy Food, which gives bonuses to your Mechs' skills.

You can only have one food active at a time. Any food you buy replaces your current one, even if they are of the same type. You can only buy 14 days of Food at once. The Commander Skill Basic Stomaching allows you to buy Basic Food items, and Advanced Stomaching allows you to buy Advanced Food items.

The formula to calculate how much Credits you earn by working a single shift is:
- (Commander Level ^ 0.58 * 3000) * (MaxE / 3) = Credits gained
